Dr. David Oldfield is Managing Director and co-founder of Asia Policy Research Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science with an emphasis on public policy from Northern Illinois University in the United States. He has conducted over 50 projects for central and local governments in Asia and Africa, with most of the projects supported by the major international organizations such as Asian Development Bank, the United Nations agencies, and the World Bank.
Dr. Peter Brimble, President Emeritus and co-founder, is one of East Asia’s foremost specialists on investment policy, national competitiveness, science and technology policy, and other economic development strategies, with 20 years of regional expertise in the field of public policy.
